The Happy Chew Boutique does not offer refunds nor accept any returns.

If there has been a mistake in your order or a damaged product during transportation, please notify us and provide a picture within 7 days at woof@happychew.ca. We will promptly rectify our mistake or replace the damaged product free of charge.
